Hi, I'm Carmie Buhalis, Founder and Lead Coach at Energy Alchemist - Coaching for Empowered Living. My path to this work began when I realized that even with a wonderful family, strong relationships, and a secure life, I still felt disconnected with myself. I was doing everything for everyone else, but I wasn’t leading my own life with the same intention and clarity I hoped for. I felt pulled in every direction except for the one that mattered most — the one back to myself. That wake up call pushed me to slow down, look inward, and do the real work of understanding who I was and what I wanted to contribute.

As I invested in my growth I learned tools that changed everything — yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and professional coaching. These practices help me think more clearly, manage stress, make better decisions and lead from a grounded, confident place.

Transforming my life wasn't easy. Growth rarely is. But choosing to take ownership of my happiness and direction reshaped not just my life, but my leadership. And that’s what led me here.

Today, I use that same combination of personal experience and professional training to support leaders, teams and organizations. Through my training at iPEC, I've earned my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications, and I've also achieved the status of Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). My approach is practical, intuitive, and focused on helping people create real, lasting change - not just quick fixes.

I work with high performing individuals and leadership teams who want to communicate more effectively, strengthen trust, navigate conflict, and create healthy, aligned cultures where people can thrive. My goal is simple: to help you lead with clarity, confidence and purpose, both at work and in your life.
